Why pet groomers use Zilo

Encourages regular grooming

A reward a few visits away is a friendly nudge to keep to a regular grooming schedule.

Quick at pick-up

Stamp while the owner collects their pet: scan their code or search by email.

Remind owners who opted in

See who is close to a reward and email owners who agreed to hear from you.

Reward ideas to start with

  • Every 6th groom free
  • A free nail trim after 4 grooms
  • A free bath upgrade after 5 visits

Suggestions only. Around 6 stamps is a common starting point; you choose the reward and the number of stamps, and can change them anytime.

How it works

  1. 1

    Set up your card

Add your business name and logo, choose the colours, the reward and how many stamps it takes.

  2. 2

Put the QR code on your counter

Download a ready-to-print poster. Customers scan it, enter their email and add the card to their phone's wallet.

  3. 3

    Stamp with one tap

Scan the customer's code or find them by email. Their card updates instantly, and rewards are tracked for you.

Questions

One card per pet or per owner?

Each card belongs to one email address, so it's per owner. If you'd like one per pet, owners can join with a separate email address for each.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They scan the QR code at your counter, enter their email address and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Can I change the reward later?

Yes. You can change the reward, the number of stamps and the card design in your settings at any time.
